Liability for Content

Own Content

As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 DDG. Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected; liability in this respect only arises from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known. Upon notification I will remove any infringing content immediately.

Third-Party Data and APIs

The apps and services listed above may display data sourced from third-party providers and public APIs (including but not limited to price data, mapping data, and geolocation services). I do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Responsibility for the content of third-party data sources lies with their respective providers. Pursuant to §§ 8–10 DDG, I am not obliged to monitor or verify third-party information on an ongoing basis.

App Store and Platform Content

Apps are distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple Inc. operates and is responsible for the App Store platform. I have no influence over App Store platform content, reviews, or related third-party materials beyond my own app listings.

Liability for Links

My services may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content I have no control. I therefore accept no liability for such content. The respective provider or operator of linked pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no illegal content was identifiable at that time. Ongoing monitoring without concrete evidence of a violation is not reasonable. Upon notification of any infringement I will remove the relevant links immediately.

The content and works published under the services listed above are subject to German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz). Reproduction, processing, distribution, or any form of commercial use beyond the scope of copyright law requires the prior written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies are permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Where third-party content appears, the copyright of the respective owner is acknowledged.

Paid Downloads

Tank Radar is distributed as a paid download in certain regions on the Apple App Store. No in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered. All app purchases are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. under Apple's Terms of Sale; I have no access to payment data and am not a party to the payment transaction.

Privacy Policies

Each app provides its own privacy policy, accessible from within the app and on the respective App Store product page. This legal notice does not substitute those per-app privacy disclosures.

Availability

App availability, pricing, and distribution are subject to Apple App Store terms and may vary by region. I reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue apps at any time.
